Chandni Bhakta is the Founder and CEO of Never Nameless, where she leads a justice-focused initiative dedicated to ensuring every case is seen, supported, and remembered. With a strong foundation in the justice system and public affairs, she brings more than a decade of experience advancing accountability, equity, and victim‑centered solutions. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and creating content in her spare time.
Vanessa Williams is the Vice President of Never Nameless, where she helps lead efforts to fund forensic testing and reduce cold case backlogs for law enforcement agencies. A former 911 dispatcher and public safety software professional, she brings real-world experience, strategic leadership, and a deep commitment to justice for victims and their families. Outside of work, she’s a mom of three with a passion for advocacy, meaningful impact, and moving cases forward that might otherwise be forgotten.
Shiloh serves as Treasurer for Never Nameless, an organization dedicated to funding forensic testing and reducing cold case backlogs. With seven years of experience working in the court system, she is deeply committed to seeking justice for victims. In addition to her professional and advocacy work, she is a proud mother of two grown children and a grandmother to one.
Ashley spent over 13 years in public safety, primarily with the Tucson Police Department as an officer and sergeant in Patrol and the Hostage Negotiations Unit, before moving into public safety technology in 2023. She holds a master's in Public Administration from the University of Arizona and joins Never Nameless as Secretary, drawn to the mission of giving families closure through forensic testing and cold case resolution.
